Back to School...

School has started and structure is back into our routine. Today is Friday of the second week with kids so I have been able to get to know my kids. I always call it the honeymoon period before I say what their personalities are like. Last year, I had a challenging group! This year I feel like I know how to handle challenges, that doesn't mean I need any:) My group this year is so cute and let me tell you they all can dress! They are adorable. I have got more hugs then I have in first two weeks of school ever. It could be the large basketball in my belly but I'll take it.  My kids are very sweet and I think this year will be a great year. Savannah went back to daycare and seems to be doing well. I think she enjoys playing with all the kids. She LOVES the kitchen at school so we are looking into getting her a kitchen for Christmas. I think she will just love it. Wow I can't even think about Christmas shopping now because I will have a brand new month old baby girl in the house. I will have to start shopping now for real. This Christmas will be a budget friendly one since we will have a brand new baby in the house. Well I am exhausted from the second full week with children. I am off to bed. Aubree is kicking me pretty hard right now so hopefully I will be able to sleep.  I will leave you with a picture of Savannah from Father's Day this year. I think it is so cute.

Pet Peeves!!!

I have been writing this post for a few days now... Just decided to post it now...
I was just thinking about how much crap annoys me! I don't know if its that I am pregnant or just that I am A-type personality. Well I figured I would air them all out on here. I am NOT trying to call people out or trying to say something about someone in my blog. So don't sit there and analyze this wondering if I am talking about you. Clearly if we hang out and talk then I like you as a friend and these are just pet peeves not friendship breakers, yet:). LOL. I am just saying these are a few of the things that bother me. Some are pet peeves and some are just beliefs that I have. You may agree or you may disagree. So if you don't like it then quit reading now. LOL.

1. Text messages...Oh I love them!! But what I hate is when I text someone and they never respond back about what I texted them. It's like I didn't even send it and maybe that is what happened. But when someone ignores my text and then sends me a text the same day its kind of annoying. I know sometimes I don't hear my phone but clearly you saw I texted you and didn't even respond. SO MAKE SURE YOU RESPOND LOL!

2. People who use other people...I can't stand it when people just call because they need something. I am the type of person that will help a friend when they need it. I will drop whatever I am doing if you need me too. Obviously that is harder these days with a little one and pregnancy. I hate when people use other people or just try and talk to them because they want or need something. That is not a friendship.

3. Children doing grown up things....I know I may be the only one that thinks this but it is very trashy for a little kid to wear tattoos like a grown up. I am talking about little girls more than boys. You know how some people get that barbed wire looking thing around their arm. Well a little kid shouldn't have one around her arm in my opinion. Not to mention other parts the body that are clearly inappropriate. I will never let my two girls wear them in such a trashy way. Maybe and I mean VERY maybe a little bitty one on her hand or something. That is just my parenting style. No tattoos on girls in our house until you are an adult! I have plenty of friends who have them and it doesn't bother me at all. If you are a child then you need not wear things like that till you get older. That is just me!

4. Fake People... This can mean a numerous amount of things. There are the people who act like they are your friend to your face but bash you behind your back. Seriously?? Do you think people don't see it?Then there are the people who are different depending on who they are around. Oh and we can't leave out the people who go under the "Keeping up  With the Joneses" status. Those people need to make sure they have the best of the best or make it seem like they do.  Lastly, the attention stealers. These are the people that can't stand for other people to get attention and it not be on them. Ugh..Get a life a get over it! You are not that important! Let's just say I know a few people in each of these categories and we will leave it at that.

On a lighter note...

5.  People who write checks in the supermarket in the express lane!!!
6.  Driving all up on my bumper when I am going the speed limit.
7.  Wet Towels on the carpet.
8.  Touching my belly and I don't know you (pregnant one)
9.  Saying one thing and doing another!
10.  The crappy cart at Target or Kroger that sounds like your killing a cat and runs into the shelves
11. Smokers who stand right in front of the store door so I have to walk my daughter through your cloud of smoke!
12. People who don't bring their dogs in at night and wake up the whole neighborhood!
13. Not washing your hands after using the restroom
14. High School Drama Girls
15. People who Smack their food.
16. People who Think they know everything


Okay I could write some more but I am done. I am sure you can relate to some of these!

Sweet Summer time...

So yesterday we went with some of our good friends (some missing of course) to see the Redbirds. We were going to take Savannah with us until my parents kept telling me she will be too much work yada yada. So we gave in and left her. Paige and Matt had Carter so I still had a baby to keep me company so it was fun. Well we met them at the front gate. My goal that night was to eat everything LOL. I figured this is my last pregnancy so I am going to live it up. YES IT IS MY LAST...NO BOY! I have only gained about 4 pounds and little _ _ _ _ _ _ is about 1lb 2 oz of that so I get a credit for one pound. I'll get to her latest doctor appointment soon. Back to the game... The Redbirds lost but the fireworks made up for it. They were actually really good. I was surprised. Matt, Paige and Carter missed them because they left a little early. They were loud and I could tell the baby could hear them because she was kicking like crazy. So we left after the game because we are old and I am pregnant so Beale Street was not in the cards for me. Mom and Dad kept Savannah so we got to go home and relax.

I went to the doctor on Wednesday and I was supposedly 23 weeks but I think that is a little ahead. Anywho, that was what my ultrasound picture said. Let me just tell you ..I LOVE MY ULTRASOUND TECH. She is also pregnant and young so she is a lot of fun. She explains every little detail! So I had to go back so they could check her heart  because they couldn't see it last time.  This time they could and she was great , no problems. I asked how big she was and she said 1 lb 2 oz. I asked if that was normal and she said 22%. I was thinking she is small but then I remembered I am a few days more so I think she is about average. They sent me to the exam room and handed me my lovely orange glucola beverage for the next visit. So I waited for another freaking hour to see my doctor. I think there was an emergency at the hospital. It really makes me mad but then after the fact I think if that was me I would want my doctor to be there. So he comes in and says everything looks great. I LOVE HIM TOO. He tells me I am perfect every visit. What a great man:) I asked about her size compared to Savannahs. Well he had her stats right there too so that was pretty cool. Savannah was 11 oz at 18 weeks 4 days and Baby H was 9 oz at 19 weeks 4 days so she is growing a tish smaller but she would be average. He told me he didn't want her to get to 9lbs. He says complications occur and I believe it because Savannah was almost 9 and she got stuck and they called the NICU and such. So he will keep an eye on me since Savannah didn't seem like she was going to be 8.14. He doesn't know where I hid her because I wasn't big he said. Well I told him I want him to schedule me for 11-11-11 LOL. We can't schedule till 34 weeks so I am still hoping. It would  give me more sick days to run into the last week before Christmas. Oh let me explain...teachers have to use sick days for pay on maternity leave. Since I just had Savannah I don't have many saved up. We didn't expect this baby so soon. I go back August 2nd for my glucola test so that will be SOOOO fun. After that he sees me every two weeks. I was like really that seems early. But hey if he tells me I am perfect I could stand to hear that every two weeks. I guess I am closer than I think. She have me a picture of the baby but I will post that on facebook later. 

Now the not so sweet summer time part...We go back to school in two weeks. I had to move rooms this year so I have all my stuff packed up. What really stinks is that I am pregnant and have to set everything back up. We still haven't got an email about when we can get in. I want to get in and get it done so I can enjoy the last week of summer. Tomorrow is my birthday so I was hoping to not go in but it looks like I will if the building is open. My mom can't watch Savannah at all next week so I need to get it done this week. I think Savannah will start back to daycare next week though to get her used to it and me too.

Well I guess I need to pick up my princess.  I was typing fast so excuse my grammar :)

Sweet Daughters and Beach Days

Well much to everyone's surprise but not mine we are having another little girl. I am very excited that Savannah Grace will have a sister to play with. I guess what makes it great is that they will only be 19 months apart so they will always have each other.  Everyone asks, are you going to try for a boy? Are you freaking kidding me? H to the e to the double L, NO! I love my two daughters and a boy was just not in the cards for me and I am completely fine with that. We don't have a big enough house for more kids let alone a big enough bank account. Anywho....we have picked out a name but aren't quite sharing yet with everyone. We will let everyone know soon.

Shortly after we found what the baby was we headed to the beach. My parents, Savannah and I all went to the beach for 4 nights. It was so much fun. Here are a few pictures:

2 Babies under 2

I am excited that we are expecting number 2 in November. I am also very nervous about it because I will have two kids under the age of 2. We will find out what the baby is after June 15th. One of my best friends is making us our reveal cake. I am glad that she will know what we are having before we do...well as long as she doesn't squeal before:) We go to the doctor on the 15th which is my dad's birthday so it was kind of special. We are using this cake as his birthday cake. He will get to cut the cake. Everyone asks what we want and I have the same answer every time. I just want a healthy baby. We have it kind of good right now. If we get a boy that would be great because Brian would have a little buddy and we have two girls already. If we get a girl then we have some girl things we can use and some clothes MAY overlap. It is a win win for us in my opinion. We have some names picked out but I surely don't want to announce that yet. So..... see you around the 17th with the answer.

My Fish...

I can't believe how quickly the summer has come this year. I am not complaining by any means because I am so excited to spend it at home.  Savannah Grace has already started swimming in the pool. She is a fish! I am not kidding you either. If she could live in a pool she would. She jumps from the side, sticks her head in the water and goes all the way under. I am not sure how I will survive the summer with a fish. I am looking into getting her swim lessons. Well the rescue swimming for babies. It is like 10 minutes a day for 6 weeks so I need to sign up when we get back from the beach. Here are some pictures of Savannah.

Happy Birthday to Savannah!!

Well my baby is officially not a baby anymore. The doctor even told me that she is a big girl now not a baby! How sad is that!?!? But no worries she still needs her mommy, she is only 1! We had her party on April 9th. It was probably the hottest day of the year so far that day. It was beautiful though and Savannah had such a great time. We were so happy everyone could come and celebrate our little girl on her special day. Her real birthday was this past Thursday on the 14th but we wanted to do her party on the 9th. I thought it would be special since it was my brother's birthday! Speaking of Jeff, he is in Germany and we get to Skype and see him. I got to see him on his birthday so that was cool. I'll post some pictures of her party so you can see how much fun she had. There are lots! 

Oh we did paint the kitchen so you might see some color change.
